Help clean Margreth Riemer Reservoir in Palatine

The Palatine Park District will host a cleanup of Margreth Riemer Reservoir from 9 to 11 a.m. Sept. 20, at the facility at Wood Street and Quentin Road.

Volunteers are being sought to get rid of debris and brush. Officials said the effort is suitable for individuals, scout troops, service groups, business groups, school groups and families.

The Prairie Woods Audubon Society will be on site conducting tours of the park throughout the morning.
