Mundelein District 75 Brat Fest set for Sept. 8

Mundelein School District 75 will be hosting the 40th annual Brat Fest from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, at Carl Sandburg Middle School, 855 W. Hawley St., Mundelein.

The $5 Brat Fest meal includes roasted corn on the cob, chips, a drink, and choice of bratwurst, hot dog, or tamale. School board members and administrators serve the meals to thank community members for their support of schools.

The District 75 PTO makes the event inviting for children and families by sponsoring face painting, carnival games, a bungee run, and special this year - a mechanical bull. Visit http://csms.district75.org/.
