Palatine Township, Lions Club offer free document shredding

Palatine Township and the village's Lions Club will co-host a free document shredding event from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, in the Palatine Township center parking lot, 721 S. Quentin Road in Palatine.

Participants will be asked to stay in their vehicles to drop off a maximum of two boxes of paper. Volunteers will assist with unloading. Those who take advantage of the event are encouraged to use paper cardboard boxes or bags to deliver the documents.
