Chronic inflammation tips at Palatine library

Tips on how to prevent chronic inflammation will be offered in a Palatine Public Library District program on Thursday, Aug. 17. "Putting out the Fire of Chronic Inflammation" will run from 7 to 8 p.m. in the library at 700 N. North Court. Participants will get to learn about the top sources and signs of chronic inflammation, plus why it's so harmful.
