Charity Rummage Sale August 12

On Saturday August 12, Immanuel Lutheran church will be hosting a rummage sale of men's, women's and children's clothing as well as household and miscellaneous items. The sale will be held in Immanuel Lutheran's south lot, southwest of the intersection of Plum Grove Road and Wood Street, with large signs to guide you. The sale runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There is plenty of parking! If you have any questions, please call 847-359-1549.

The proceeds of the sale are used by Immanuel's Good Samaritan Ministries to serve people in need within the neighboring communities. Good Samaritan Ministry serves those whose needs range from urgent to dire by responding in the following core areas: assessment of needs, referrals, food, clothing, and financial assistance.

Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, a fixture in the Palatine community for nearly 150 years, offers a variety of programs and services to the people of Palatine, as well as weekly worship services.
