A fraud 'fishing trip'

Unless I missed something in the translation, why does President Trump need my voter data?

My Social Security number and my party affiliation are personal and private. How often do I vote? For years almost every election - primary, local, state, federal, etc. My military service for the record: two tours of duty in Illinois National Guard military police, two years active duty in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict, rank of sergeant, honorable discharge. At least I served my country. What about Mr. Trump? Why can't Trump accept the fact he lost the popular vote, instead of this fishing trip?
