McCloud Services gives back to four national charities as part of annual employee incentive program

McCloud Services, a leading pest management company headquartered in South Elgin, Ill., is excited to announce the charitable organizations that will receive a donation as part of its 2016 Employee Incentive Program.

In its fifth year, the program has contributed nearly $21,000 to nonprofit organizations as part of the company's philanthropy work.

Charitable organizations receiving donations from the Employee Incentive Program for the 2016 year include American Cancer Society, Wounded Warrior Project, Humane Society and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

"Now in its fifth year, our employee incentive program has motivated our employees to not only succeed in their jobs, but to give back to the nonprofits and programs that have personally touched their lives or their loved ones. We strive to provide a great place to work and an environment that inspires success and it's very rewarding to see our team members carry out our mission each and every day in the communities in which we live and work," said Chris McCloud, president and CEO.

The program rewards team members who exceed production and sales goals for the fiscal year with an employee incentive program that gives back to the community - a morale booster. All individual performance winners have the opportunity to select a qualified nonprofit organization for which McCloud Services makes a donation on their behalf. Recognized team members also receive a company-paid trip to the Bahamas.

The 2016 Incentive Program winners include:

• Brandon Murphy, director of business development

• Robby Heisner, service specialist, Nashville

• Johnny Overton, business development representative, Nashville

• Adrianne Mullins, business development representative, Chicago

• Patrick Evans, business development representative, South Elgin

Out of numerous nominees, Brandon Murphy, director of business development, was honored with the second Walter Award for his contributions in the areas of character, innovation, teamwork, core values and leadership.

"Brandon was selected as our second annual Walter Award winner for his strong work ethic and ongoing dedication to our customers and company. By taking chances and risks, and striving to become the best he can be, Brandon has grown to become a talented leader among our organization and represents the bright future of our company," added McCloud.
