Exempt non-alcohol beer

If the Cook County Board president and commissioners really cared about the health of its residents, they would not have included nonalcoholic beers in their new beverage tax. Almost nonalcoholic beer has far fewer calories than regular or "light" beer. Fewer calories should help reduce obesity right? And, isn't reduced alcohol consumption more healthy too? Don't believe their claims about caring about your health. They only care about how they can get more of your money.
