No change in Hanover Park shooting investigation

A 27-year-old man remained in critical condition Wednesday after suffering a gunshot wound in Hanover Park Sunday morning, police said.

Though the crime remains under investigation, police were still not releasing any new information Wednesday, Deputy Chief Andrew Johnson said.

Officers responded to a report of shots fired and found the victim in a vehicle on the 7500 block of Bristol Lane at about 7:35 a.m. Sunday. Paramedics transported the man to a hospital.
