Enjoy 'Story Time' with your child at Creek Bend Nature Center

With finger plays, songs and more, young children love "Story Time at Creek Bend Nature Center" programs.

This popular series is brought to you by the Forest Preserve District of Kane County and the St. Charles Public Library.

"Story Times" are for children, infants through age 5, and their caregivers. The programs take place from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on designated Fridays throughout the summer, at the Creek Bend Nature Center.

The St. Charles Public Library staff will read books, accompanied by fun, age-appropriate activities. After the program, all are welcome to enjoy the interactive exhibits inside Creek Bend Nature Center or to stroll the grounds at LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve.

"Story Time at Creek Bend Nature Center" programs are scheduled for July 21, Aug. 11 and Aug. 25.

Creek Bend Nature Center is located within LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve at 37W700 Dean St., St. Charles.
