Village should subsidize yard waste stickers
Currently, the village of Hoffman Estates charges $2.80 for one yard-waste sticker. This is an outrageous cost that adds up to be nearly the cost of two 20 ounce sodas. Frankly, I think the village should provide these stickers at a reduced or no cost. This will literally clean up Hoff-man and encourage people to get out and about cleaning up their yards. Now that summer is here, Hoffman can once again look lush and vibrant, unless certain economic barriers prohibit us from doing so.
