Wilson Road near Long Lake to close for crossing repairs

Wilson Road from Rollins Road to Route 134 in the Long Lake area will be closed to through traffic starting Wednesday, July 12, to repair the railroad crossing.

The closure will begin at 9 a.m. July 12. The road is scheduled to reopen in the late afternoon of Thursday, July 20.

Local traffic will be allowed from Rollins Road to the Metra railroad crossing and from Route 134 to the crossing. The railroad crossing will be closed to all traffic. The detour route is Rollins Road to Fairfield Road to Route 134.
