Prospect Heights Block Party is Saturday

The Prospect Heights Block Party is being held from 3 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday at Lions Park, 110 W. Camp McDonald Road. It features food trucks, free admission and kids games and inflatables.

Events include a regional teen battle of the bands competition at 3 p.m., treasure hunt at 4 p.m., a free swim at 6 p.m., a duck race at 8 p.m. and an outdoor movie at 9 p.m.

The band Focal Point will play at 7 p.m. and Modern Day Romeos will perform at 9 p.m.
