Redesigned Nuphoriq office promotes employee engagement

Nuphoriq is a values-driven marketing company that specializes in the catering & events industries.

Erin Walter is the CEO and founder of the company that operates at 1175 McCabe Ave. in Elk Grove Village.

Walter says the open-office is designed to facilitate informal communication.

"The ability to talk to whoever you want, whenever you want keeps our energy up and allows us to celebrate wins together, as they happen," she said.

She added that the conference room is glass-walled to let in the natural light, and features a 4k screen with HD video and audio to facilitate video calls with clients across the county.

The company recently underwent at a renovation to include these features in the office.

"Since the redesign, our energy, sense-of-team and employee engagement has skyrocketed," Walter said.

She said they company specializes in marketing for catering and event planning companies throughout the United States.

"We are proud to work with caterers and event planners from coast to coast, from Festivities Catering & Special Events in San Diego to Tasty Catering in Chicago to BG Events and Catering in Boston and dozens of cities in between," she added.
