CHARCOAL DRAWING DEMONSTRATION

Saturday, JUNE 10, 2017, 2:00 to 4:30 pm

Join us in the BCAC Icehouse Gallery for a drawing demonstration from a live model with professional portrait painter Michael Latala. Michael will demonstrate a charcoal technique that creates beautiful effects that enhance his portraits.

This technique can be useful to both beginning and advanced painters, so whatever your level please join us for a joyous afternoon of drawing!

Michael is a professional illustrator and national award-winning painter who has studied with Richard Schmid, Dan Gerhartz, Romel de la Torre and Scott Burdick. Michael is represented by Rivers End Gallery in Wisconsin. He is a member of the Oil Painters of America, Chicago Pastel Painters and The Pastel Society of America. Michael's work was recently featured in Plein Air Magazine.

DEMONSTRATION FEE: $20 (BCAC MEMBERS: $10)
