Milwalky Trace's burger night

Every Wednesday, Milwalky Trace surprises guests with a specialty burger paired with a tallboy from Only Child Brewing for $10. Recent burger offerings were: the banh mi, a half-pound brisket patty, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumbers, jalapeños, cilantro and sriracha aioli, and the half-pound brisket patty with red onions, American cheese, crispy bacon, dill pickles and dijonnaise. Blue Sushi Sake Grill coming to Naperville

Blue Sushi Sake Grill is set to open in Naperville in early June within the Water Street District on the southern end of downtown Naperville. Fresh seafood delivered daily makes a menu of shareable traditional plates like maki, nigiri and sashimi, along with specialty options such as Poke, with wild sockeye salmon, sweet onion, wakame and avocado tossed in a sesame dressing. Beyond sushi, the menu includes several Asian-inspired dishes like the River Rock beef tenderloin, tender beef served on sizzling hot rocks with jalapeño ponzu and yuzu kosho.
