Halsey heading to Rosemont's Allstate Arena

Singer Halsey will bring her "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom World Tour" to the Allstate Arena at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19.

The 22-year-old electropop artist will release her second studio album, "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom," on Friday, June 2.
