IPLCC Celebrate 4th Wonderful Kick off Ceremony for Year 2017

It was an unforgettable and Beautiful Morning for Illinois cricket fans on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the Warren Park District Hall for the 4th Illinois Premier League Cricket Conference (IPLCC) season 4 Tournament opening ceremony. It was a big surprise for everyone during heavy rain More than 150 people, including several elected officials, Members of the Pakistan & Indian-American community, local politicians, businessmen, and IPLCC board members and several consul generals attended the ceremony. If No Rain they were expecting more than 300 peoples

IPLCC is organizing the cricket tournament for the cricket lovers every year to promote the cricket game in Chicago and Suburbs since several years under the guidance and leadership of President, IPLCC Raees Nizami. ILPCC provide a major platform for the passionate cricketers to prove their talent and then go on to represent the USA at the International level. Young Cricketer participated in the program with a lot of spirit and enthusiasm. The Program was full of celebration and appreciation Community recognitions.

Several cricket teams were represented by their captains and vice captains celebrated at the event. The event was emceed by Razi Mohiuddin.

The Chief guest State Senator Ira Silverstein and Alderman Debra Silverstein. Village of Skokie, Mayor George Van Dusen, social worker Syed Wahaj Ahmed, Ms. Neeta Bhushan Consul General of India in Chicago and Munir Chaudhry Bangladesh Consul general Chicago. Pakistan consul general Chicago was absent due to other appointment, but his message was read out.
