Bartlett issues traffic advisory for May 13

Bartlett police have issued a traffic advisory for the Bartlett Park District's annual Apple Blossom Run during the morning of Saturday, May 13.

The run will start at 8 a.m. at Pipers Drive and South Bartlett Road. Bartlett police officers will provide traffic control there, as well as on South Bartlett Road near Wilcox Drive, Prospect Avenue at Country Drive, and Prospect Avenue near Wilcox Drive.

Approximately 500 runners and walkers are expected. Motorists are asked to pay attention for these participants on the roadways and be prepared for short delays while they cross.
