Oakton seeks input for accreditation process

Oakton Community College is seeking public input as the school undergoes reaffirmation of its accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission.

The commission will review the college's ongoing ability to meet criteria for accreditation. A site visit is scheduled from Sept. 24-26.

The public can submit comments by Aug. 25 regarding the college and addressing substantive matters related to the quality of the institution.
