Bartlett police host fishing derby May 13

The Bartlett Police Department will be hosting its free annual DARE Family Fishing Derby from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, at Beaver Pond on Kingston Lane and Fairview Drive.

Everyone is invited to participate in this catch-and-release fishing derby with members of the Bartlett Police Department. There also will be a raffle and prizes for participants. The department will provide the fishing bait.

All participants 16 years or older should be properly licensed and bring their own fishing tackle. DARE students are encouraged to wear their DARE shirts.
