CLC receives state grant

College of Lake County has accepted a state grant to help the small-business development and international trade centers. CLC board trustees accepted the $165,000 competitive grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The centers assist existing businesses and entrepreneurs in business, marketing and financial planning. The grant covers the 2017 calendar year, and CLC will provide $124,000 in matching funds.
