Consider how they treat people on the ground
Fly the friendly skies of United Airlines. That's United's slogan. Tell that to the paying customer who was forcibly removed from a plane because the flight was "overbooked" by greedy United Airlines.
The plane was on the ground and all the passengers were in their seats when a United representative offered to bump some passengers for compensation. When they couldn't get enough volunteers, a computer randomly selected those to be ousted. One passenger vehemently refused, and he was assaulted by security people who bloodied his face and dragged him down the aisle.
Later the security people claimed he fell, but there were too many cell phone shots to dispute that fallacy. This is no way to treat paying customers. These Gestapo tactics went out with Nazi Germany. I guess the customer can sue them for any number of things, but not false advertising.
They claim to be the "friendly skies." Nobody said anything about how they treat people on the ground.
