High cost for greatness

"They" say that each of those Tomahawk missiles lobbed into Syria this week cost American Taxpayers $1 million. With 59 missiles being fired, I was wondering how that $59 million dollars of American tax dollars being "sent" to Syria is "Making America Great Again"? Just wonderin'.
