Anytime Fitness opens location in Des Plaines

Des Plaines' newest 24-hour gym opened its doors on the city's west side last week.

Anytime Fitness opened at 849 S. Elmhurst Road with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday. The gym offers personal training, weights, cardio and group classes as well as tanning and massage therapy.

Memberships include access to any of the company's 3,000 locations.

The owners are Michael Lewandowski and Yousef Musleh.
