Adelphia brokers sale of North Riverside retail center

NORTH RIVERSIDE - Adelphia Properties recently brokered the sale of a 4,765 square foot retail building at 8409 W Cermak Road in North Riverside.

Terms of the sale were not announced.

The retail building consists of Sliccily Pizza Pub, Lacey's Place & a law office. The retail center is positioned near a highly traveled stoplight intersection offering outstanding high vehicle traffic counts w/ excellent frontage to the site.

A Chicago-based investment group purchased the property. The seller was a Chicago-based private investor. Simeon Spirrison, CCIM of Adelphia Properties represented the seller in the transaction.
