Program on spotting fake news April 13 in Schaumburg

"How to Spot Fake News" will be presented from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 13, in the Adult Classroom of the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

Librarians will demonstrate ways to evaluate information and news sources for authenticity. Audience members will learn how to weed through the noise and tell if a source is trustworthy.
