Midwest Industrial Funds acquires 4 Batavia properties

OAK BROOK - Midwest Industrial Funds recently purchased a 106,000 square foot, four building multi-tenant portfolio in Batavia from a private seller.

The properties are located at 1705-1775 Hubbard, 900 Paramount, 902 Paramount and 950 Paramount in the Fox Valley Center for Industry Business Park. They are demised to various unit/tenant sizes ranging from 7,000 to 18,000 square feet. They feature good loading with individual dock high and grade level loading in each unit as well as above standard car parking ratios.

The portfolio was approximately 75 percent leased to eight different tenants at acquisition.

Midwest Industrial plans to complete improvements to the parking lot, exterior facade and interior units over time. Michael J. Androwich Jr. of Lee & Associates is marketing the available building at 902 Paramount for sale or lease.
