Westminster Christian to put on 'You Can't Take It With You!'

Westminster Christian's High School presents "You Can't Take It With You!" at 7 p.m. Friday, March 3, and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, March 4, at the school, 2700 W. Highland Ave. in Elgin.

It is a classic family comedy by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart.

Set in 1936, this nostalgic and hilarious play contrasts the cooky Sycamore family with the straight-laced Kirby family. The production shows just how crazy, silly things can get when the Kirbys show up for dinner on the wrong night.

Come enjoy a night of laughter mixed with the perfect dose of sweetness. Your cheeks are sure to be sore from smiling and your heart will be warmed as we meditate on the joy of family.
