Learn about 'The Wilson Brothers, Geneva's Greatest Builders'

The Geneva History Museum will present "The Wilson Brothers" at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 4, at 113 S. Third St. , Geneva.

Sharon Jones and Emily Rogers will share the stories of Geneva's greatest builders, Oscar and August Wilson. The Wilson Brothers built most of downtown Geneva's buildings and many homes including City Hall, the original State Bank of Geneva, a home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and their own family homes on North Fourth Street.

This is a Geneva History Museum program that coordinates with a feature exhibition "Inside & Out: Geneva's Faces, Places & Spaces" highlighting the people who designed, constructed and lived in some of Geneva's most interesting homes and buildings. The exhibit is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, until Nov. 4.

Admission to the program is $5 each or $3 for museum members and includes admission to the museum galleries. Registration is encouraged to ensure seating and can be made at GenevaHistoryMuseum.org or by calling (630) 232-4951.
