Rockler opens new store in Orland Park

ORLAND PARK - Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, a supplier of woodworking and specialty DIY products, is opening a new, 7,000 square foot retail store in Orland Park on Saturday.

The store at S 15758 South LaGrange Road offers a broad range of products that include power tools, CNC and laser machines, as well as unique project ideas, lumber, hardware and finishing accessories. The new store will include dedicated classroom and demonstration space, along with ongoing, free, classroom demonstrations and a knowledgeable staff to assist with project advice.

"The new Orland Park store reflects Rockler's ongoing efforts to provide the greater Chicago area with more and better access to a truly wonderful educational resource and retail experience for woodworking and DIY tools and supplies." said Rockler Vice President of Retail Dana Busch, "An increasing number of people are tackling home improvement projects themselves and we are excited to help them."

The Orland Park location joins Rockler Woodworking and Hardware stores in Schaumburg and Bolingbrook to serve the suburban Chicago area and will be Rockler's 36th retail store location nationwide. The Orland Park store will employ approximately 12 people and will be the latest addition to the family-owned, Rockler Woodworking and Hardware chain of stores. Other recent additions include Kennesaw, GA, Garland, TX, Frisco, TX as well as Altamonte Springs, FL and Rocklin, CA.
