Dense fog advisory in effect until noon

The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory until noon.

The advisory posted to the National Weather Service Web page warns visibility will remain under one quarter mile throughout the area.

People are urged to use caution while driving this morning. Motorists should slow down and use headlights when possible.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible through midmorning. Highs will be around 54 today.
