Oregon wide receiver to transfer to Northwestern

A day after announcing 26 new student-athletes during National Signing Day, Northwesten head football coach Pat Fitzgerald said Oregon wide receiver Jalen Brown will transfer to play for the Wildcats.

Brown will graduate from the University of Oregon in June and will have two years of eligibility at Northwestern to pursue a master's degree.

Brown (6-foot-2, 200 pounds) appeared in 25 games over two seasons at Oregon and caught 26 passes for 407 yards and 4 touchdowns for the Ducks.
