He's no Honest Abe

Mr. Trump, in an interview with David Muir, said he could be greater than Abraham Lincoln. To my mind, there is much doubt about the veracity of his claim. Let's list some of the behaviors and personality traits of the two men.

From all accounts, Lincoln was a decent man, honest, kind to others, tolerant, sensitive, compassionate, empathetic, energetic, had the ability to work with those with whom he disagreed (Cabinet selections), willing to listen, sense of humor, and easy going.

Mr. Trump's traits: arrogant, callous, vain, lack of empathy, insulting, dishonest, lack of interpersonal sensitivity, bully, thin skinned, does not listen to advice, narcissistic and a philanderer.

To rephrase Sen. Lloyd Bentsen's quote, Mr. Trump, you are no Abe Lincoln.
