Special electronics recycling event

The Solid Waste Agency of Lake County will host a one-day special electronics recycling collection for broken and unwanted electronics geared to businesses, schools, nonprofits and units of government from 8 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, Jan. 31, at the Lindenhurst village hall garage, 2301 E. Sand Lake Road. Recycling fees will be assessed for televisions and cathode ray tube monitors, but all other acceptable electronics will be collected at no cost.
