Inland Real Estate Brokerage sells LaGrange retail condos

OAK BROOK - Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Consulting has sold a multi-tenant retail condos on La Grange Road in downtown La Grange.

Terms of the sale were not announced.

Constructed in 2007, the property consists of four retail units, totaling approximately 10,000 square feet, and is 100 percent occupied. The property is located within walking distance of the La Grange Metra Station and offers free parking in a nearby multistory municipal garage.

Paul Montes and Eric Spiess, vice presidents of Inland Brokerage & Consulting, were the exclusive brokers in this transaction.
