Elgin OCTAVE to host candidate forum Thursday

Elgin OCTAVE invites the community to an Elgin City Council candidate forum at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at Solid Rock Free Will Baptist Church, 36W540 South St. in Elgin.

This forum will feature the city council candidates. Each candidate will ask one question of the other candidates.

Council members who are not up for re-election this year also have been invited to come and ask the candidates questions.

Additional questions will be asked by the moderator Bill Werst.
