Choir performance Friday in Lake Zurich

The Doane College Choir from Crete, Nebraska, will give a concert of choral music at the Lake Zurich High School Performing Arts Center, 300 Church St., Lake Zurich, on Friday, Jan. 13. The concert begins at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public. The Lake Zurich High School Concert Choir will also perform with the Doane College Choir. The Doane Choir has toured all over the world and in the last decade has sung in Austria, Brazil, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Lichtenstein, Poland, Sweden, and Switzerland. The choir has presented concerts at many of the most prestigious musical cathedrals in Europe.
