Clarification: Elkhart Police-Body Cameras story

ELKHART, Ind. (AP) - In a story Jan. 9, The Associated Press reported that the northern Indiana city of Elkhart has suspended its use of police body cameras because about a quarter of them have malfunctioned and been returned to the manufacturer for service. The story should have specified the suspension is temporary.
