Check out grand opening of Crazy Fox Bar & Grille Jan. 12-14

A new fox arrives on the restaurant scene in downtown St. Charles with a "crazy good" menu of food and beverage options set to wow the hearts and palates of diners from around the Fox Valley and beyond.

The Crazy Fox Bar & Grille, a family-owned business located at 104 E. Main St., celebrates its grand opening over three days, Jan. 12-14. A ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by St. Charles Mayor Raymond Rogina and the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31. Raffles of a new TV, Bud Lite neon sign, Red Bull Cooler and lots of giveaways will add to the excitement of the opening dates.

Owners and area residents Peter and Danielle Zaikowski have a combined restaurant experience of over 30 years and have created a unique venue that offers an inviting atmosphere and enticing menu. They chose the 2,200-square-foot space because of its location in the heart of St. Charles' entertainment district, and have transformed the interior with care and attention to every detail in their effort to provide an experience that will inspire frequent return visits.

According to the Zaikowskis, The Crazy Fox Bar & Grille is a perfect blend of family-friendly casual with dining options that also will appeal to more sophisticated tastes. Its diverse menu features items ranging from burgers to charcuterie platters, as well as classic entrees such as chicken Vesuvio. Plus, it will offer 10 rotating beers on tap, over 100 types of spirits, as well as a selection of fine wines.

"We wanted to create a family-owned establishment in St. Charles with an exciting, warm and welcoming feeling for our neighbors," Zaikowski said. "Customers can bring their kids and friends to grab a burger and watch a game on one of our 6 TVs, or have a date night with a fine meal and a bottle of wine. We offer something for everyone."
