Waukegan Public Library hosting Affordable Care Act open enrollment
The Waukegan Public Library, 128 N. County St., will host Affordable Care Act open enrollment through Jan. 31. Individuals and families may make appointments with one of the library's certified navigators to learn more about health insurance options through the Marketplace throughout the Open Enrollment period, which ends Jan. 31.
