Cartoonist Mark Anderson coming to Cook Park Library

Cartoonist Mark Anderson will teach you how to make your own cartoons Tuesday, Jan. 17, at the Cook Park Library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville. The program will start at 4:15 p.m. Anderson will teach you how to draw expressive faces, sketch bodies in motion, use symbols to express ideas and write jokes.
