Ravine preservation discussion set for Jan. 10

​Restoration of McCormick Ravine is the topic of the next Green Drinks program at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, at O'Toole's Libertyville, 412 N. Milwaukee Ave. Ryan London, preservation programs director for Lake Forest Open Lands Association, will discuss the $3.7 million restoration of a unique ecosystem. The agency oversaw the work funded through the federal Great Lakes Fishery and Ecosystem Restoration Project. This multiphase project has reinvigorated and enhanced this natural lakeshore ecosystem.
