Christmas Services at First Presbyterian Church

First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights will offer six special worship opportunities this holiday season. On Sunday, December 18, the church will offer the Service of Hope and Healing at 7 pm in the chapel. If the holidays bring sadness, here is an opportunity for prayer, reflection and worship with others in a quiet service designed to help participants find hope, healing and peace.

Saturday, December 24, First Presbyterian will offer three Christmas Eve worship services. The Christmas Family Worship and Pageant will take place at 4 pm, featuring children in preschool through fifth grade and the First Pres Children's Choir, who will show and tell the Christmas story. Worship at 8 pm will involve the combined First Pres choirs, soloists, brass, strings and handbells. The 11 pm service will include Holy Communion and participation by college-age young adults.

On the following two Sundays, Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year's Day (January 1, 2017) worship will include one service, at 11 am. All services will include special music, and all will be webcast at www.fpcah.org/webcast, with the exception of the service on December 18. First Presbyterian is at 302 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights, and at www.fpcah.org.
