How does this help middle-class?

How can a president-elect make a deal before he is president, i.e. with Carrier?

You and I could have given the store away. What did he give away of our tax dollars? Doesn't this tax break have to be approved by Congress, the people that represent us?

He's possibly left the door wide open for other companies to ask for tax breaks. How does this help the middle class that's looking for a tax break?
