Leadership Alliance discussion set for Dec. 8

The Leadership Alliance, led by Highland Park Mayor Nancy Rotering, continues its conversation with Lake County government officials, community leaders and the public Thursday, Dec. 8, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at Highland Park High School, 433 Vine Ave., Highland Park. A panel of experts will discuss education and prevention strategies to reduce the use and abuse of alcohol and drugs by youths. State Rep. Lou Lang is the keynote speaker.
