Does anyone listen to these writers?

I have read the writings of the usual political columnists on the Daily Herald Opinion page since the election.

From the "experts" who overlooked widespread discontent with the direction of America, who discounted Trump supporters and who couldn't imagine a President-elect Trump, these same writers now purport to explain the reasons and motivations for Trump's election.

Who are they kidding? Why are they still on the Opinion page? Does anyone listen to these writers anymore?
