Aurora Central defeats St. Edward

The Aurora Central Catholic boys basketball team hit 12 3-pointers Friday night and defeated St. Edward 65-54 at the Sixth Annual Burney Wilkie Classic at Aurora Christian.

Brett Czerak led the Chargers with 23 points. Mac Cowen added 17 and Kyle Czerak 13.

Kelvin Cortez-Harvey had 23 points to pace St. Edward.

Kaneland 35, Yorkville 32: Jake Hed had 10 points to lead the Knights to this Northern Illinois Big 12 East win.
