Venture One partnership acquires Batavia building

Rosemont-based Venture One Real Estate, through its VK Industrial III LP acquisition fund partnership with Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a vacant 22,066 square foot industrial building at 951 N. Raddant Road in Batavia.

The 18-foot clear building features one loading dock, two drive-in-doors, 5,454 square feet of office and 5,182 square feet of mezzanine storage space not included in the building square footage.

Brendan Sheahan of Darwin Realty represented the seller in the transaction and will be retained by Venture One to market the property.
