Hawthorn Woods development plan
Hawthorn Woods village board members Monday are expected to consider a revised plan for houses and commercial development at the northeast corner of Route 22 and Quentin Road. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at the village barn, 2 Lagoon Drive. Hinsdale-based Foxford Communities is leading the development plan for the site, which is across the street from a retail plaza with Mariano's Fresh Market, a McDonald's and a PNC Bank in Lake Zurich. It would be the third phase of the Hawthorn Trails subdivision. If built, 39 houses would be clustered together on the property, with commercial lots closer to Quentin and Route 22.
